You can now access TeamsMaestro from any browser at app.teamsmaestro.com, no desktop app required.
If you've ever wanted to check your meeting summaries without firing up Microsoft Teams, today's your day. TeamsMaestro now has a web app, and you can access it right from your browser at app.teamsmaestro.com.
No desktop app required
Up until now, TeamsMaestro lived inside Microsoft Teams. That works great for a lot of users, and the Teams integration isn't going anywhere. But we heard from others who wanted to be able to access their meeting history from a browser, without having to open Teams at all. So we built it.
With the web app, you can sign in from any browser and get straight to your meeting history. Your AI summaries, transcripts, and action items are all there waiting for you. And both experiences, the Teams integration and the web app, will keep getting better over time, with new features rolling out across both regularly.
Everything you already love, now anywhere
The web app gives you the full TeamsMaestro experience. You can browse your completed meetings, review AI-generated summaries, dig into transcripts, and use the chat interface to ask questions about anything that was discussed. The sidebar keeps your whole meeting history organized so you can jump between calls without losing your place.
It also works whether you were in a Microsoft Teams meeting, a Google Meet call, or a Zoom session. TeamsMaestro joins and takes notes across all three, and now you can review everything from one central place without being locked into any particular app.
Getting started
Just head to app.teamsmaestro.com and sign in with your Microsoft account. If you're already a TeamsMaestro user, everything you've captured so far will be right there. New to it? You can try it for free, and it takes about two minutes to get the notetaker set up and running for your next meeting.

TeamsMaestro currently supports a wide range of languages for meeting summaries, transcripts, and AI responses — from English and Spanish to French, German, and many more. Our goal is to make every team’s communication experience seamless and inclusive, no matter the language.
