Adjusting the sidebar
Learn how to fine-tune MailMaestro’s zoom and sidebar settings so your email workspace looks and feels just right.
Working with emails often requires a lot of visual focus. To enhance your experience, it's important to adjust the display settings effectively. MailMaestro offers customization options for its interface, including ways to adjust the sidebar for better visibility. Here are two tips to help you:
Screen or add-in zoom
Is the sidebar on MailMaestro not fully visible? It might be due to excessive zooming, causing the interface to look different. Don't worry, there are simple solutions.
First, you can change the zoom level in your computer's Display settings. This alters the zoom across your entire desktop.
If you're using Windows, there's also a specific zoom adjustment within MailMaestro. Just click on our add-in and use Ctrl + or Ctrl - to zoom in or out. This lets you adjust MailMaestro's zoom independently of your other display settings.
Sidebar width resize
To get more space for typing or editing, you can widen the MailMaestro sidebar. Just drag its edge to resize. Note that this feature is not available in the new Outlook version, but it is in the older one.
