MailMaestro on Outlook mobile
Ever wondered if you could handle your emails like a maestro in the midst of a busy day, away from your desk? In our continuous endeavor to refine your MailMaestro experience, MailMaestro for mobile is now available for beta testers! If you are one of the lucky people who get to test this feature, use our guide below to learn how you can sort, analyze, and respond to your emails swiftly and effectively, right from the palm of your hand.
Here's a quick guide for using MailMaestro on your mobile device via the Outlook app:
- Upon opening Outlook, select an email to reply to. You'll find three dots at the top right corner of the received email. Tap on them and then select MailMaestro from the extended menu.
- Note: Make sure you are under the same email address attached to your subscription.
- With MailMaestro open, you'll notice it automatically generates a Thread summary. To delve deeper into your email details, click the arrow on the right side to view the detailed summary. This will generate a thorough summary for your review complete with key and action points.
- Time to craft your response! MailMaestro provides you with three flexible ways: Select one of the rapid replies, write from scratch, or improve an existing draft.
- For the Improve existing draft feature, please know that you should compose your email directly within MailMaestro, as typing in the Outlook window, a feasible option on desktop, is not available on mobile. Except for this slight change in the flow, the feature works exactly the same way as in the desktop.
- Based on your selection, MailMaestro will generate three different reply options. Choose the one that best fits your needs and tap on Copy draft.
- Simply paste it into your email response, and voila, efficient communication achieved!
Important: While all the other features of MailMaestro are at your service on your mobile device, note that the new email mode isn't available on our mobile app for now. This means you need to be replying to an existing email to use MailMaestro.
