Smart buttons
Writing emails with MailMaestro is simple. Our Smart buttons make sure you have just what you need, right when you need it. Need to write, reply, forward, or fix a draft? The right button will be made available just when you need it.
Note: The new Smart Buttons are currently only available for Outlook.
When writing a new email:
- Compose: Let MailMaestro draft your email. A new take on “Write from scratch”.
- Improve draft: Instantly enhance a draft with the click of a button. This button appears only if you started writing your own email in your Outlook or Gmail window.
- Magic template: Get quick access to pre-crafted templates suitable for various scenarios.
- Text shortcuts: Speed up your email composition with handy text shortcuts.
When replying or forwarding an email:
- Reply: Just like Compose, write a few instructions for MailMaestro to create a response to your sender.
- Forward: Share the email with another recipient. Don’t forget to add a few words to give them context.
- Improve draft: Enhance your reply with suggested improvements (This button activates only once you've begun drafting).
- Magic template and Text shortcuts: Select either of these features and they will function the same way as they do in the Compose view.
