Share TeamsMaestro meeting notes via email or Teams chat to keep everyone in sync.
TeamsMaestro can automatically send meeting notes based on your settings, making follow-ups seamless. But if you want to choose who receives them, the "Share" feature lets you send notes manually via email or Microsoft Teams chat.
This quick guide shows you exactly how to do it.
Start by logging into your TeamsMaestro dashboard and heading to the Completed tab. Here, you’ll find a list of all your previously recorded meetings.
1. Scroll through the list and select the meeting notes you want to share.
2. On the top-right corner of the selected meeting, click the Share button.

To send meeting notes by email:
Once you see the pop-up message that says, “AI summary was successfully shared via email,” your AI meeting notes have been sent. The recipient will receive a copy of the AI-generated summary directly in their inbox.
If you prefer to share notes inside Microsoft Teams:
To view the message, click Check the message. This will redirect you to the corresponding Teams chat where the meeting notes were posted.

Can I share meeting notes with multiple recipients at once?
Yes, when using the email or Teams chat sharing option, you can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas. Each recipient will receive their own copy of the meeting notes.
Can recipients outside of my organization access the meeting notes?
Yes, if you share notes via email, external recipients will receive the content directly.
Where can I find meeting notes that I can share?
You can find all shareable meeting notes in the “Completed” tab of your TeamsMaestro dashboard. From there, you can easily view and share notes via email or Microsoft Teams chat.
Will my notes include action items and summaries?
Yes. Shared notes will include the full AI-generated meeting summary and action items.
Is there a limit to how many times I can share a note?
No. You can share your meeting notes as many times as needed, through any of the available channels.
