TeamsMaestro is designed to support your workflow on your terms. Disconnecting your calendar stops automatic meeting joins, but you can still use the AI assistant selectively. To enable TeamsMaestro for specific calls, simply invite teams@maestrolabs.com to those meetings.
By following this guide, you can keep control over your meeting experience without losing the benefits of smart note-taking. And reconnecting your calendar later is just as easy.
Can I reconnect my calendar later?
Yes. You can reconnect your Microsoft Outlook calendar at any time by returning to the same settings and selecting Connect to Calendar.
Will I lose my past meeting notes?
No. Disconnecting your calendar does not delete any of your past meeting summaries. You can still access all existing notes in your TeamsMaestro dashboard.
Can I still use TeamsMaestro after disconnecting my calendar?
Absolutely. If you want TeamsMaestro to join specific meetings only, invite teams@maestrolabs.com as a participant when scheduling those meetings. This gives you full control over when the bot joins.
