Microsoft SharePoint (via Zapier)

Save TeamsMaestro meeting notes as text files in a SharePoint document library. Each file is named after the meeting, so your team can find the summary or the full transcript where your documents already live. It runs through the TeamsMaestro app for Zapier.

How it works

There are two templates. The summary template creates a text file with the meeting's key points and next steps each time TeamsMaestro finishes summarizing a meeting. The transcript template uses the Meeting Transcribed trigger and saves the full transcript, with timestamps and the speaker named on each line.

You choose the site, the document library, and optionally a folder. Use one folder per client or project and the meeting record sits next to the related files. You also choose what happens when a file with the same name already exists.

Pick which meetings run it. The trigger has optional filters for the meeting title (contains, starts with, or matches exactly) and for the host or participants. You can combine conditions and run the Zap when any of them is met.

Set it up
  1. Open the template and sign in to Zapier. Connect your TeamsMaestro account, which shows up in Zapier as AI TeamsMaestro.
  2. Keep Meeting Summarized as the trigger, or use Meeting Transcribed if you want the full transcript. Add filters if you only want some meetings.
  3. Test the trigger. Zapier loads a recent meeting from your account so you can see the fields: title, platform, start and end times, organizer, attendees, summary, and action items.
  4. Connect Microsoft SharePoint and choose the site and document library. Pick a folder if you want one.
  5. Set the file name, for example the meeting title and date, and map the summary or transcript to the text content.
  6. Choose what happens if a file with that name already exists.
  7. Run a test, check the file in SharePoint, and publish the Zap.

Frequently asked questions

Can I save the full transcript instead of the summary?

Yes. Use the transcript template. It runs on the Meeting Transcribed trigger and saves the full transcript with timestamps and speaker names.

Where in SharePoint are the files saved?

In the site and document library you pick when you set up the Zap. You can also choose a folder inside that library.

Do I need a paid TeamsMaestro plan?

Yes. Zapier integrations are included on the Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans. They are not available on the Free plan.
