How it works

The AI TeamsMaestro plugin lets ChatGPT search the meetings connected to your TeamsMaestro account. Setup takes four steps. Open Customize in ChatGPT and choose Plugins, then search for TeamsMaestro and add AI TeamsMaestro. Connect your account by signing in with Microsoft or pasting your API token. After that, type @ in any conversation and pick AI TeamsMaestro.

Ask for a result, not a search. "Draft an email to my manager about this year's customer support calls" gets you an email grouped by month, with each call's date and what was discussed. You can keep refining it in the same chat.

How do I connect my TeamsMaestro account?

Add the AI TeamsMaestro plugin from Plugins in ChatGPT, then sign in with Microsoft or paste the API token from your TeamsMaestro settings. It takes a couple of minutes.

What should I ask it?

Name the meetings you mean and the result you want back. "Summarize last month's pricing calls for the sales team" works better than "find my pricing calls," because ChatGPT writes the summary instead of listing meetings.

Do I need a paid TeamsMaestro plan?

Yes. This integration is included on the Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans. It is not available on the Free plan.
