Your card is charged when you place the preorder. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before your unit ships.
Do I need a TeamsMaestro subscription?
You'll need at least a Free TeamsMaestro account to sync your MaestroGo meetings (while it applies the Free plan limits). MaestroGo is powered by TeamsMaestro and its proprietary transcripts and summaries are included (limits depend on the plan you have). Where is my audio stored?
Stored on the device, and synced into your Maestro Labs workspace. It is never used to train models, and you can delete any recording permanently.
Does it work without my phone nearby?
Yes. MaestroGo records to its own 64 GB of storage and syncs the next time it finds your phone or a USB-C connection.
